If you still can't get your application to behave please open a Support Ticket or contact
Voxeo Extreme Support via email,
and we'll prove why we are simply the best in the business. However, there are a few
things to remember when requesting help that will get your issue resolved much sooner. When
you send an email off to us, try to include the following:
- Your accountID or username
- The Platform you are using (Voice/CC/CallXML + version)
- The Voxeo Debugger output
- The phone number of the application
- The URL of the application
- A walkthrough of how to recreate the error
