If you still can't get your application to behave please open a Support Ticket or contact Voxeo Extreme Support via email, and we'll prove why we are simply the best in the business.  However, there are a few things to remember when requesting help that will get your issue resolved much sooner.  When you send an email off to us, try to include the following:
  • Your accountID or username
  • The Platform you are using (Voice/CC/CallXML + version)
  • The Voxeo Debugger output
  • The phone number of the application
  • The URL of the application
  • A walkthrough of how to recreate the error
